We offer free shipping worldwide to almost all places on earth by air usually using FedEx or UPS and it takes around 1 week. Please contact us at service@dollunion.com for more details.

Once you place your order you will have to wait 7-15 days before your dolls arrival. Please be patient. Our dolls are handmade and tested before we send them out. Before we ship the we send photos to you so you can confirm that everything looks good.

Don't worry! The packaging will be discreet.

People always worry and ask if the shipping will be discreet and we want to assure you that you have absolutely nothing to worry about. There are no logos on the package. After many years of shipping the dolls out we never failed to send a discreet package to our client. Your privacy means the world to us.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2~5 Days
Shipping time: 5~10 Days to US, 30 days to Europ.
Shipping methods:UPS, FEDEX, BY SEA
Shipping fee: Mostly free shipping, some countries need extra shipping fee.

We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq，Burmaetc..
